Our speed & agility program is all about results. We use the latest in scientific research and Ztread’s highly specialized athletic treadmills to:
- Correct running form and mechanics, reducing injuries by up to 50%
- Safely train at high velocity but in short bursts of time to maximize the sprint/recovery cycle
- Analyze performance to create personalized improvement plans
- Identify deficiencies and problems in gait and posture and use neuromuscular adaptations to correct them
- Train muscles to respond more efficiently with agility drills and plyometrics meant to increase hand-eye coordination and the ability of the body to handle quick changes of pace and direction
- Give individualized one-on-one coaching in a high energy environment
