What is stick mobility?

Stick mobility is a game-changer when it comes to improving your physical performance and overall well-being. By incorporating these innovative tools into your fitness routine, you can experience increased flexibility, improved range of motion, and enhanced muscle recovery.

One of the biggest problems with getting back into exercise after dealing with an injury or with a chronic pain ailment is that it can be all too easy to overextend or throw things back out of alignment from lack of practice/experience or from bad technique. Using the specialized rods (aka, sticks) that are key to the stick mobility exercise modality helps to ensure proper form and safe alignment, as well as provides a way to use applied pressure to affected muscle tissue areas to keep them limber. 

Classes Held Weekly

Mobility Sticks exercises are a powerful supplement to the Neuro Physique program, designed to improve your flexibility and mobility and strengthen the correct alignment patterns we try to get you to during sessions. Since this particular service requires more than a brief walk-through during your first session or two, we offer bi-weekly classes where we take you through a series of different exercises meant to increase your strength and improve flexibility. 

As with all the on-site services, you get free access to this and all our other floor therapies between your regular FNMT appointment sessions. Because people sometimes ask, spots in these classes are limited to current monthly clients only (aka, those who are paying for at least one FNMT session per month). We are not currently able to accommodate guest patrons.

Classes are currently held on Tuesday nights from 7 – 8:30 p.m. and on Saturday mornings from 7 – 8:30 a.m.
