Infrared sauna therapy is a time-honored wellness practice that utilizes the healing power of infrared light to create a deeply penetrating, gentle heat. Unlike traditional saunas, our infrared saunas heat your body directly, offering a unique and revitalizing experience.

Our in-house infrared sauna is available for clients to use as often as is recommended by their therapist between FNMT sessions, at no extra charge. Simply come at a time during our open business hours that works for you, bring your own towel, and if you’re planning on going to something right after where you’re trying to impress anybody with your ability to show up in totally dry clothing, bring something to change into. Many clients choose to go (and are often recommended to go) between the cold plunge therapy and the sauna when they come in, so if you plan to go that route, you’ll need to be in a swimsuit. Preparation Tips

To make the most of your Infrared Sauna session, we recommend hydrating well before and after, wearing comfortable clothing (nothing tight and ideally clothing that allows more of your skin to directly come into contact with the heat; swimsuits are totally fine, or whatever you would wear to a normal massage session), and bringing a towel to sit on.
