Our cold plunge therapy is available to you between sessions as often as you want to come in, and frequent use will help to speed your recovery. Come in a swimsuit and bring your own towel, and test out this centuries-old therapy for yourself!

how does the process work?

When you come into Neuro Physique for your first FNMT (massage therapy) appointment, your therapist will assess your needs, use FNMT techniques to apply pressure to your most-needed trouble spots to work on and reprogram the muscle tissue, and then he or she will create a recommended plan of supplemental therapies that use all the in-house equipment. During that time, you’ll be walked around the main floor and shown where everything is, as well as how to use it. If you already know you’ll want to try cold plunge therapy or the infrared sauna after your first appointment, bring a swimsuit and towel so you can take advantage of those things right away.

Let’s say that at the beginning of your wellness journey, your FNMT appointments are two weeks apart, and your therapist recommends you come in two times each week between appointments to do the cold plunge and use the sauna, with at least one of your visits also including the Brain Tap audiovisual equipment. That means that between appointments, you can freely come in at any point during business hours to use the equipment and follow up with your treatment plan, which should help you to maintain the ground you’ve gained during FNMT sessions and speed up your recovery.
